Sorry it's been a bit quite over here of late - but trust me we've been busy, lots and lots of fun stuff in the pipeline.

Photography has seem to be keeping me away from sculpting and scribbling this month, but I'm really happy with how the snapping is going. If you fancy having a peek at some select here.

Tattoo Freeze

Hi it's been a while since I last blogged, a busy start to the year (which is good) has kept me away. This weekend we headed up north to hit the start of the season with 'Tattoo Freeze' in Telford.

It's the second year the event has been running and has grown to fill 3 halls instead of 2 and also stretched out to become a full weekend event. We really had a great time, caught up with friends, watched roller derby, checked out all the custom bikes/cars and lots more.

Squidhead

Here's Squidhead - after drawing him last week at doodle planet I thought I'd start a little sculpt inspired by him. His tentacles are held on at the moment with some soft sculpey - need to sand him down before I attach them. Let me know what you think :-D

Foxy

The other night in between drawing skull (my 356 project is nearing it's end) I scribbled a little for illustration (below). I thought I'd draw him up in illustrator. I did a quick halftone pattern at the bottom - watch out for more of these, I think I like 'em.

Xmas Doodle Planet

Last Thursday we braved the cold and headed up north for the last doodle planet of the year. A small but friendly turnout (I think the weather had put people off) - but a great time was had by all. At the end of the night our scribbles were auctioned off for charity. The lovely one red shoe slapped some cash out for my 'squidhead' painting.
